Black & White Photo Project Week 31

On Friday night, we visited Nottingham Light Night. Whilst there, we stopped by Brewhouse yard, a row of houses which are steeped in history.  Here are some of the caves underneath the houses, they were used during the second world war as air raid shelters. I love the shadows being made, it was really cold but very interesting.

  11. What a gorgeous photo and such a great place to visit. I would never have thought as it as a shelter for during the war. It looks more like something from The Hobbit. Great photo. #bwphotoproject
